About the role:
healthSAVE Lowood Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive community pharmacy that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and healthcare advice to the local community.
We are seeking a permanent part-time or team member who enjoys helping people and thrives in a quick-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Assisting customers with front-of-shop sales and enquiries
- Replenishing and merchandising stock
- Assisting with pharmacy promotions and catalogue displays
- Operating the register and processing sales
- Supporting pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store environment
Skills and experience:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and well presented
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be willing to learn and take initiative
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is desirable but not essential
