As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised support with daily living, personal care, community participation and achieving personal goals.

About you
- Previous disability/community support experience is desirable
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services is desirable
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred support
