- $63,700 – $68,783 per annum (increasing to $65,045 - $70,234 per annum in January 2027) + Super

TAFE Gippsland is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Enrolment Officer to join our Student Operations team at the Bairnsdale Campus, where you'll play a vital role in supporting students throughout their enrolment journey.

About the role

In this role, you'll be one of the first people students, visitors and staff meet when they contact us or visit our enrolment and enquiries area. You'll play an important part in helping students start their learning journey, from their first application through to final enrolment.

Your day-to-day work will include meeting with students, answering questions, processing enrolments, checking eligibility requirements, taking payments, and ensuring student records and paperwork are completed accurately. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping people will be key to your success in this role.

- Excellent planning and organisation skills, high attention to detail

- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in higher education or the TAFE sector (highly desirable but not essential )

Mandatory requirements

- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance

- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)

- Current Driver’s Licence (travel between campuses may be required)

This is a parental leave backfill role, and contract dates are subject to change dependent on the incumbents chosen return to work date.

A 6 month probationary period applies to this role.
