About the role

You'll take full ownership of your site — from mobilisation through to handover — managing subcontractors, programme, safety and quality on a $35M commercial build. You'll be well supported and part of a broader project delivery team, rather than working in isolation. This isn't a role for someone who wants to be told what to do; we want someone who can run the site.

About you

- Proven delivery experience on commercial construction projects

- Comfortable managing builds up to $35M in value

- Delivery discipline and calm leadership under pressure

- Ability to take ownership of complex builds with tight timeframes

- Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills

- Based in or willing to relocate to Alice Springs
