Construct Personnel Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced Civil Construction Labourers to join our growing team.

n

This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking labourers with experience in the civil construction industry, particularly within subdivision projects, to secure regular casual work with a reputable labour hire provider.

n

About the Role

n

As a Civil Construction Labourer, you will be working on a range of civil and subdivision projects, assisting trades and site teams with day-to-day construction tasks.

n

Your duties may include:

n

n
- Assisting with site preparation and general civil labouring duties
n
- Supporting skilled tradespeople and machine operators on site
n
- Handling materials, tools and equipment
n
- Trenching, spotting, shovelling and cleaning work areas
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised site
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in civil construction labouring
n
- Experience working on subdivision projects highly regarded
n
- Experience operating or working around Moxy / Haul Trucks highly regarded
n
- Electrical Spotter ticket highly regarded
n
- Roller ticket highly regarded A solid work ethic and reliable attitude
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to complete manual labouring tasks
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
n




- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Strong commitment to safety on site
n

Tickets and Qualifications

The following tickets and qualifications are highly regarded:

- White Card
n
- Electrical Spotter ticket (highly regarded)
n
- Roller ticket (highly regarded)
n
- Moxy / Haul Truck ticket or relevant experience (highly regarded)
n
- First Aid
n
- Working Around Services (WAS) / Service Locating experience
n
- Excavator or other plant tickets
n
- Any additional civil construction tickets or licences
n
