Sharp & Carter is supporting a rapidly growing cold chain logistics provider in Western Sydney with a state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to own safety, transport, and operational standards across the site, leading two Fleet Allocators and a Supervisor.

You will drive route and fleet optimisation, applying commercial judgement to decisions and performance, in a hands-on leadership role.
