Software Developer – Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform

We are seeking a Hands On - Senior Software Developer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Marsfield office.

This is a hands-on software engineer role (minimum 5 years related experience in the field) suited to an experienced skilled who can take ownership of complex systems and deliver end-to-end solutions for our building consultancy company for the automation of recent Orders for: THE PROPERTY INSPECTORS Pty Ltd.

You will be required to:

- Roadmap the solution
- Design a granular pathway for the solution
- Create and build the solution from concept to handover
- Implement the solution to a live environment

This role is 100% office-based in Marsfield, NSW,

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

There is no opportunity for remote or hybrid work for the first 12 months.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, testing, and delivering software solutions across Microsoft and web-based platforms.

This role requires a high level of independence, accountability, and technical depth.

You will redesign current solution in order to have the field works work more efficiently.

You will:

- Participate in internal workshops and technical meetings
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from design through to delivery




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively while remaining accountable for your own deliverables

Technical Requirements (Essential)

To be considered, you must have a proven, senior-level track record with:

- Microsoft Dynamics
- Power Automate
- WordPress
- PHP
- API development and integrations

This is not a junior or mid-level role.

We are looking for demonstrated experience delivering production-grade systems is essential.

- Able to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English

Monday to Friday

8:30am - 5:30pm

On-site at our Marsfield Office - 12 Darcy st, Marsfield NSW

Remuneration

$130,000 per annum (superannuation inclusive)
