The Opportunity
Step into a hands-on role where your work is visible every day. As our Plant Operator in Boggabilla,
you will operate and maintain various equipment to keep our parks, ovals, cemetery, CBD, and open spaces looking their best. You will take pride in your work, complete routine maintenance, and ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently to support our community

About You
You are a reliable, team-focused operator who takes pride in your work and your local community. You bring practical experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a commitment to keeping our community spaces safe, neat, and tidy.
To succeed in this role, you will bring
- A Certificate III in Horticulture or a commitment to gaining this qualification upon commencement.
- Demonstrated experience safely operating and maintaining mowers and similar plant equipment in a maintenance environment.
- A current General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) and a Class C or Provisional Drivers Licence.
- Solid literacy and numeracy skills to keep accurate daily records.
- A willingness to work a rotating roster that may involve early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
