We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Belconnen, ACT , and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one.

We're looking for Part-Time Zone Managers to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store, to work 20 hours per-week.

Our Belconnen store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience —leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example

- Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day

- Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence

- Foster an inclusive,



engaged and high-performing team culture

- Support the successful launch of our newest Rouse Hill store

What success looks like in this role:

- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams

- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments

- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members

Requirement of the role:

- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
