At PACS, we’re proud to deliver care in the home helping veterans, older Australians and their families stay independent, safe, and supported at home.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

- Provide personal care, companionship, and support that truly makes a difference.
- Assist veterans to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
- Support with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light domestic assistance.
- Offer encouragement, emotional support, and social connection.
- Work alongside a supportive nursing and care team, with guidance provided.

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care,



Disability, or Home & Community) or equivalent experience. - If applying for the personal care role.
- A caring nature and genuine passion for working with veterans.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Current CPR, First Aid and Police Check.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
