MAINTAIN Group is a specialist mining services contractor operating across Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP), Fabrication & Supply, Scaffolding, and Industrial Coatings. We are currently seeking experienced Painters & Blasters for immediate and upcoming mobilisation. These roles involve surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and industrial painting.

Key Responsibilities

- Surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and abrasive blasting
- Application of protective coatings using spray guns, rollers, and brushes




- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Operating and maintaining painting and blasting equipment
- Adhering to site safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

- You must currently be living in Australia to be considered for this role
- Minimum 2 years' mine site experience
- Previous Australian experience in industrial painting and blasting
- Cert 3 in Surface Preparation, or equivalent experience in Blast and Paint (VOC will be required)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Robust commitment to safety and quality
