Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of a fuel site, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and importantly implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualification & experience Qualification & Experience Ideal candidates should possess: Leadership experience in a retail capacity, within a fuel station environment a distinct advantage (at least 3 years); Knowledge of retail industry trends; Proven financial management skills with the ability to understand and effectively control costs and maximize sales targets and KPI’s; Familiarity with POS systems; Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written; and Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, especially during weekends and public holidays.
