We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist in our service department as a Service Receptionist. This role will be based at our Karratha Toyota dealership located in Karratha. This position would ideally suit someone who is looking to join the automotive industry through an administration-based role.

For more than 24 years the friendly staff at Karratha Toyota have been selling and servicing new and used vehicles in the Pilbara region and the surrounding areas of WA.

Our new state-of-the-art modern multi-franchised dealership opened in September 2021.

Responsibilities and duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately

- Meet and greet clients, customers and visitors

- Booking in customer vehicles for servicing

- Assisting the Service Department with general administrative duties

The Successful Candidate:

- Must have strong attention to detail

- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel

- Excellent organisational skills

- Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner

- Able to work to deadlines and follow company systems

- Ability to prioritise

- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication
