We are seeking a Program Worker to join our Housing and Homelessness team on a part time basis of 35 hours per week in Lismore, to help make a positive social change, together.

supporting people with housing pathwaysNetworking with other professionals and service providersProvide practice that is strengths based, person-centred, solutions-focused inline with Social Futures Case Management Frameworks requirementsProvide high-quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management
What We're Looking For
Experience providing high quality customer-centred individual and/or family case managementPrevious experience working within homelessness or a similar sectorDemonstrated well-developed organisational,



time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlinesDemonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
