About the Role

n

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership and contacting us by phone. You will play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience while providing administrative support across various departments.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and professional manner
n
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
n
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
n
- Supporting dealership administration and customer service functions
n
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
n




- Assisting with customer appointments and showroom coordination
n
- Providing support to sales, service and management teams as required
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A skilled presentation and positive attitude
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
n
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
