All Seasons Hotel in Bendigo is seeking an experienced Chef to join a quick-paced kitchen team. You will work under a Head Chef in a lively, family-like environment and contribute to delivering high-quality, modern dishes across a variety of cuisines.

The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen, some Italian cuisine experience is desirable, a strong focus on hygiene, presentation, and customer service, and flexibility to work a 5-day roster across a 7-day operation.
