Our client, a regional manufacturer, is on a search for an Interim Finance Director to lead their finance function through a period of financial restructuring. This will be a 6 months contract in Hong Kong.

Key Requirements

- Proven years of experience as Head of Finance or Finance Director, ideally within manufacturing or trading businesses.
- Robust experience in financial management, business improvement and supporting organisations through periods of change and transformation.
- Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital management and customer collections.
- Solid track record in statutory reporting, compliance and financial control across complex or multi-jurisdictional operations.
- Proven ability to manage senior external stakeholders, including auditors, professional advisors and banking partners.
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, to liaise directly with local finance team members, auditors and business stakeholders in Hong Kong.
- Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills, with the ability to provide clear financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
