About the Role

We are seeking a Quantitative Specialist to join our growing team and play a leading role in delivering impactful research and insight programs for some of Australia's most recognised brands and government organisations.

This role is suited to an experienced quantitative researcher who combines methodological excellence with strong commercial acumen and a passion for helping clients solve business challenges. You'll lead complex research engagements, partner closely with clients, and translate data into meaningful recommendations that drive growth and decision making.

Working alongside researchers, strategists, consultants and data specialists, you'll contribute to innovative research solutions that connect customer understanding with business outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects from proposal development through to delivery and implementation.

- Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a strategic partner on key business challenges.

- Design robust research methodologies that answer complex commercial, customer and market questions.

- Manage survey design, analysis, interpretation and reporting.

- Translate research findings into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.

- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

- Contribute to business development activity, proposal writing and solution design.

- Mentor and support junior team members, helping develop research capability across the business.

- Collaborate with qualitative researchers, strategists and subject matter experts to deliver integrated insight solutions.

- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve research methodologies through technology, automation and advanced analytics.

Qualification

What We're Looking For

- Extensive experience in quantitative research, insights, consulting or strategy environments.

- Strong expertise in research design, questionnaire development, statistical analysis and interpretation.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex research programs for commercial or government clients.

- Ability to translate business challenges into effective research approaches.

- Strong storytelling and insight development skills.

- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating strategic discussions.

- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Commercial awareness and interest in growing client relationships.

- A collaborative mindset and desire to mentor and develop others.

Desired Experience

- Agency, consulting or client-side insights experience.

- Experience across brand, customer experience, innovation, public policy or behavioural research.

- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including segmentation, driver analysis, choice modelling or forecasting.

- Experience working with large and complex data sets.

- Exposure to AI-enabled research tools and emerging technologies.

- Experience contributing to new business opportunities and proposal development.
