About the Company
This company is well known for delivering excellent project across a multitude of sectors including aged care, education and university projects. They are a small unit within a large Tier 2 Builder.

They are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a $30 mil education project in Western Sydney.

You will be responsible for ensuring that this project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while leading teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This will include:

- Overseeing all on-site construction activities to meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
- Leading by example in health, safety, environment, and quality management.
- Collaborating with project leaders to develop construction management and workplace relations plans.
- Managing subcontractor performance, labour resources, and site logistics.
- Conducting regular site walks, safety meetings, and progress reviews.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Building and maintain robust relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.




- Supporting buildability reviews and contribute to achieving design and quality outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, HSE legislation, and project specifications.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial construction sector, ideally on Aged Care or Education projects
- Solid leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and engage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of subcontractor markets and construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and to specification.
- Positive tenure at previous businesses
- A strong relationship with subcontractors
