About the Role This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced structural engineer ready to take ownership of complex projects from concept through to completion. You'll provide advanced technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and act as a key point of contact for clients — all while contributing to a firm that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Developing and reviewing structural designs, calculations, and specifications across a range of projects Completing advanced calculations using software such as ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, and Structural Toolkit Independently attending site inspections and carrying out shop drawing reviews Managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing Conducting peer reviews and audits to maintain quality and compliance standards Building and maintaining strong client relationships,
