Role: HC Truck Driver
Location: Minchinbury, NSW
Salary: $34-35.00 per hour + Super (permanent – full-time rate)
Shifts: Day Shift - Monday to Friday – straight-to-perm role

Our client is looking for experienced HC Truck Drivers for our client based in Minchinbury, NSW. The client is a major national, multi-modal transport and freight forwarding company in Australia.

Duties of the role:

- Refrigerated/Tautliners/Container trailers delivering across Central Coast and local Sydney area deliveries
- Strapping and chaining
- Conducting pre-start inspections
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
- Complying to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures
- Pre-check inspection before setting off on deliveries
- Maintain vehicle in a clean and hygienic state
- Present any vehicle defect reports and report all hazards and injuries
- Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management and Road Regulations

Requirements of the role:

- HC (Heavy-Combination)



Truck Driver’s Licence with minimum 1 year truck driving experience
- Experienced in delivering across Greater Sydney region
- Experienced in strapping in securing load
- Physically fit
- Good communication skills
- Positive attention to detail and high procedural compliance
- Have a good Driving Record
- An up-to-date Resume
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
- Available for an immediate start
