Our client is a well-established contractor with a solid reputation in facade remediation, structural repairs and building refurbishment. Working alongside owners corporations, consultants, builders and asset owners, they deliver technically challenging projects across commercial, residential and government assets.
With a growing pipeline of secured work, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple remediation projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Projects include:

- Facade remediation
- Concrete cancer repairs
- Waterproofing and balcony rectification
- Structural strengthening
- Building envelope upgrades
- Heritage building restoration
- Cladding replacement and compliance works

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple remediation projects concurrently.
- Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Build strong relationships with clients, strata managers and building owners.
- Manage contract administration, procurement and cost control.
- Oversee quality assurance, safety and project compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.




- Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:

- Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, remedial construction or facade remediation.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, heritage builds or building envelope works.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent commercial acumen and contract management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
