About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, leading your team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent operational standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8–10
- Driving sales performance and achieving key KPIs
- Creating a positive and engaging team culture
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and operational standards
- Managing day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock management and administration

About You
We are looking for a passionate retail leader who brings:
- Previous Store Manager experience or strong Assistant Manager experience ready to step up
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with experience delivering sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for retail, customer experience and team success
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others
