As a Carpentry Apprentice, you will:
- Learn all aspects of commercial carpentry from experienced tradespeople
- Gain hands-on experience across major construction projects
- Develop skills in formwork, framing, fit-out and general carpentry
- Learn to read plans, measure materials and use professional tools
- Work alongside highly skilled construction teams
- Develop strong workplace health and safety practices
- Complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Carpentry
- Build valuable industry experience and professional connections

What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right attitude and potential.
You could be an ideal candidate if you are:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to learning
- Practical and enjoy working with your hands
- Physically fit and comfortable working on a construction site
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow instructions
- A valuable team player who takes pride in their work
- Motivated to complete a 4-year apprenticeship and build a career in construction
- Previous construction, labouring, work experience or DIY experience is advantageous but not essential
- P driver licence and own transport – ideal but not essential
- Have a White Card or willing to obtain one
