We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business trainee to join our marketing team in Menai, in the Sutherland Shire.

Our client is a trusted Member based not-for-profit organisation who have been supporting people with disabilities to live a self-directed life since 1992.

This is an exciting entry-level chance for someone who has a genuine interest in marketing, digital content, social media and customer experience and wants to develop their skills in a supportive workplace while completing a Certificate IV in Business (Operations).

You don’t need extensive experience — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

About the Role

Working as part of the marketing team, you will gain practical experience across a broad range of marketing and customer-focused activities.

Your role will include assisting with the delivery of marketing campaigns, creating content, supporting social media and digital platforms, coordinating events and undertaking important administrative and customer experience activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites and e-newsletters.
- Assist with developing content that supports marketing campaigns and brand objectives.

Campaign Support





- Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Help coordinate campaign activities and ensure content and resources are delivered on time.

Customer Experience & Administration

- Maintain marketing databases and update content management systems.
- Manage marketing resources and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Support the Customer Experience team with phone triage, responding to inbound calls appropriately and efficiently.
- Monitor shared inboxes and assist with providing timely, accurate and respectful responses to customer and stakeholder enquiries.
- Support the team to ensure enquiries are followed up and service standards are maintained.

Research & Reporting

- Conduct basic market research and identify emerging trends.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on marketing performance, including social media analytics.

Events & Activations

- Assist with planning and delivering promotional and engagement events, activations and launches.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

- Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Customer Experience and other internal teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer experience, safety and operational efficiency.
- Take a customer-first, risk-aware and solutions-focused approach to your work.





About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Previous marketing experience isn’t essential. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop.
