About the role

In this full-time role based in Mitcham, VIC, you will play a crucial part in providing expert guidance to classic car enthusiasts, providing the perfect parts for their prized vehicles. Leverage your passion for classic cars to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their classic car restoration and maintenance needs

2. Research and identify the appropriate classic car parts from our extensive inventory or through specialist suppliers

3. Provide advice to customers to ensure they purchase the correct parts for their vehicle

4. Manage special orders and liaise with suppliers to obtain rare or hard-to-find classic car components

5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and parts sourced

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our classic car parts inventory and customer service processes

What we're looking for

1. Knowledge and hands-on experience in the automotive trades, ideally in classic car restoration and maintenance preferable

2.



Technical aptitude and the ability to research and identify the correct classic car parts

3. Customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and engaging manner

4. Problem-solving skills and the initiative to go the extra mile for customers

5. Keen attention to detail and ideally a passion for classic cars
