Family Business Association is the peak body for family businesses in Australia and New Zealand, helping family businesses to grow and thrive. We advocate for a sector that plays an integral role in our economy and social fabric, supporting the whole family business ecosystem - people in family business, those advising family business and amplifying the family business sector.
Family business members are supported through family business specific education and events, our Forum Group Program, events, including national and state conferences, a community of like-minded peers. This role is also responsible for the education of family business accredited advisors who understand the unique experience of family businesses.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Education Manager to lead the next phase of FBA’s education and learning strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
This is an prospect to shape the future of learning at FBA. Building on the existing foundations, you will have the scope to explore new ideas and formats, rethink how learning is designed and delivered, and grow the value and reach of our learning offering for families in business and their advisors.
As a member of the FBA Executive Team, you will own the end-to-end education portfolio, from strategy and product development through to delivery, performance and continuous improvement.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery. You will take ownership of the full education portfolio, from understanding what our members need and identifying future opportunities, through to overseeing delivery, measuring performance and continuously improving the learning experience.
You will bring relevant experience in education, learning and development, along with strong strategic thinking, project management skills and experience working with facilitators, subject matter experts and stakeholders. Most importantly, you will be curious, open to new ideas and excited by the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
