About the role

Coronis is expanding its team and seeking talented people to join as a Sales Agent, Co-Agent or Sales Associate. Key responsibilities

Sales Agent:

- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.

- Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

- Managing the sales process from listing through to settlement.

- Conducting open homes and private inspections.

- Negotiating contracts to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.

- Growing your personal brand while contributing to the success of the wider team.

Co-Agent:

- Buyer management and follow-up.

- Conducting open homes and private inspections.

- Assisting with listing presentations and property appraisals.

- Prospecting and business development.

- Negotiating offers and supporting the sales process from listing through to settlement.

- Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Sales Associate:

- Client relationship management.

- Prospecting and database growth.

- Buyer enquiry management and follow-up.

- Open homes and inspections.

- Property marketing and campaign support.

- CRM management and sales administration.

- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

About you





- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or higher qualification.

- A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

- Full Australian working rights.

- Passionate about residential real estate and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.

- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.

- Organised, professional, and committed to achieving outstanding results.
