About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Content Manager to join the team at lendlab. This is a full time position based in Bundoora, VIC 3083, offering an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence and drive engagement across multiple social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating compelling content, and building meaningful connections with our audience. Your work will be instrumental in advancing lendlab's marketing objectives and establishing our brand as a thought leader in the digital finance space.

Key responsibilities

- Develop, manage and implement integrated social media strategies aligned with lendlab's overall marketing objectives and business goals

- Create, curate and manage engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including scheduling, publishing and optimisation of posts

- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyse engagement data and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders

- Respond to customer enquiries and comments across social channels, maintaining a positive brand voice and reputation management

- Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital channels

- Identify trends, opportunities and best practices in social media and digital marketing to enhance content strategy

- Create a variety of content formats including copy, graphics,



videos and infographics to support content calendar objectives

- Develop and nurture community engagement through meaningful interactions and conversation starters

- Have the ability to work on designs and concepts for marketing campaigns such as events, signage and where ever required

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and reach business objectives

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms

- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms

- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, Higgsfield etc

- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising platforms and influencer partnerships

- Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is highly desirable





- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and think outside the box

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field is preferred

lendlab is an award winning growing personal loan and car finance brokerage based in Melbourne, and we're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to run our entire content operation — strategy, shooting, editing, posting, and reporting, working closely with our on-camera talent. This isn't a coordinator role. You'll have real ownership, you propose the strategy, you run the shoots, you decide what good looks like, and you're accountable for the results.
