About the role
We are looking for a Disability Support Worker to support an 18-year-old participant. The ideal candidate can have a warm, positive personality, with the ability to build a genuine connection and provide engaging, respectful support.

- Provide support to a young adult participant

- Provide engaging, respectful support
About you
- Friendly, bubbly and energetic
- Arabic-speaking
- Reliable, patient and compassionate
- Comfortable supporting a young adult
- Able to build positive relationships
- Previous disability or support work experience is preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check highly regarded
