We are looking for an experienced Solar & Battery Sales Representative to join our growing Melbourne team.

Founded in Melbourne in 2019, we’ve built our reputation around quality products, professional installations and looking after our customers properly. We’re now looking for a confident solar salesperson who knows how to follow up warm enquiries, recommend the right solution and close deals.

About the role

You’ll manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to signed sale, providing tailored solar and battery solutions based on each customer’s energy usage, property and goals.

- Maintaining professional communication throughout the customer journey

What we’re looking for

- Previous solar sales experience is essential

- Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems

- A proven ability to convert warm leads and close sales

- Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills





- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and honest way

- Strong follow-up, organisation and pipeline-management skills

- Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs

- Professional, reliable and customer-focused

- Good computer and CRM skills

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Reliable personal vehicle

- Full Australian working rights

Experience selling battery storage, hybrid inverters, whole-home backup, EV chargers, heat pumps or solar finance will be highly regarded.

You'll manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to signed sale, providing tailored solar and battery solutions based on each customer's energy usage, property and goals.

Key responsibilities

- Contacting and qualifying company-provided leads

- Conducting phone, and in-home consultations when required

- Reviewing electricity bills and understanding customer energy needs

- Designing and presenting suitable solar,



battery and backup solutions

- Preparing accurate proposals and finance options

- Explaining products, warranties, rebates and expected savings clearly

- Following up quotations and confidently closing sales

- Managing your pipeline and customer records through our CRM

- Working closely with the design, administration and installation teams

- Achieving agreed sales and conversion targets

About you

- Previous solar sales experience is essential we seeking someone who can hit the ground running

- Solar VIC rebate and Federal incentive understanding

- Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems

- A proven ability to convert warm leads and close sales

- Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Ability to explain technical information in a straightforward and honest way, we are looking for a natural - a people person

- Strong follow-up, organisation and pipeline-management skills

- Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs plus Bonus

- Professional, reliable and customer-focused

- Good computer and CRM skills

- Current Australian driver's license

- A Reliable vehicle
