The Opportunity Sante Recruitment is seeking VR General Practitioners to join a growing General Practice and Urgent Care Clinic.
This is an excellent chance for GPs looking for a strong earning model, excellent support and flexibility, with highly competitive terms available to the clinic's first doctors.
The clinic is offering 70–75% of billings, together with an initial income guarantee of approximately $200–$220 per hour for the first three months.
A sign-on incentive may also be available depending on your availability and ongoing commitment.

You will be supported by an experienced team of nurses and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care rather than administrative tasks.
The clinic provides an opportunity to develop a long-term patient base while also managing a diverse range of urgent presentations.
About You To be considered, you must:

- Hold FRACGP, FACRRM or be a grandfathered General Practitioner
- Be eligible for Medicare billing
- Hold or be eligible for appropriate AHPRA registration
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
