About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician at Hargrave Technologies, you will work in a quality-focused production environment where we prioritise doing excellent work over rigid production quotas. You will have the time and autonomy to ensure your work is completed properly, supported by a team genuinely passionate about the work they do. You'll work on Australian-designed and manufactured technology used in advanced drone and vehicle applications.

Key responsibilities

- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery
- Perform firmware flashing and updates on electronics in accordance with production requirements
- Conduct functional testing to confirm products meet required specifications
- Assemble electronics into enclosures
- Accurately record traceability data throughout the manufacturing process
- Prepare products for packing and dispatch in accordance with work instructions
- Follow relevant quality,



safety and production procedures to ensure products are manufactured consistently and to specification

About you

- Experienced in electronics manufacturing, with the ability to perform core tasks with minimal supervision
- Experienced assembling, testing and reworking PCBAs and electronic products
- Solid attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality work
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and isn't afraid to identify and address quality issues
