Job Description

BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Services Manager to manage the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on a large scale project in South Australia.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

- Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S; legislative requirements to provide a protected workplace at all times.
- Manage the design of Building Services documentation packages across the project, including Mechanical, Electrical, Security, ICT and Hydraulic.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the developing documentation meets the required specification, cost budgets and programme for construction works.
- Oversee coordination and review all documentation for adequacy of design input.
- Participate in the selection of subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and quality of services installation and commissioning, and participate in the final handover of the project.
