As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Caringbah clinic to support participants across the Sutherland Shire and Lower St George, with additional coverage (based on your location) extending to Wollongong and Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

- Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
- Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
- Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
- Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals
- Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and qualified goals
