We are seeking experienced and motivated leaders to join our restaurant team in North Lakes, Australia. We're looking for a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Shift Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving operational excellence. - Lead, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage during all service periods




- Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs to achieve profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting procedures
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment for staff and customers
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
