We are an Australian company seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Colombo. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity supporting our Australian operations. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our Australian operations by delivering high-quality recruitment and HR support during Australian business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm AEST).

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet client requirements.

- Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and video interviews.

- Facilitate candidate onboarding by conducting inductions via phone or video.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfil staffing requirements.

- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Provide general recruitment administration and support.

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with Australian employment laws and awards.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a related HR role.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and candidates.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Ambition to grow and develop within the organisation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn recent software.

- Personal laptop with a second monitor.

- Reliable internet connection and backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
