Acrow Engineering & Construction is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems and industrial access solutions across Australia.

Due to continued growth on Project Ceres - Perdaman in Karratha, WA, we are seeking an experienced and committed HSE Advisor to join our project team and support the safe delivery of our scaffolding and access operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major Greenfield construction project, working across a diverse scope that includes scaffolding, yard management, rope access and supporting project operations.

About the Role

As an HSE Advisor, you will work closely with site leadership, supervisors and our workforce to maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with project, legislative and Acrow HSE requirements.

You will provide hands on HSE support across site activities, proactively identify and manage risk, conduct inspections and investigations and promote continuous improvement in safety performance.

To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably within a Greenfield construction environment

- Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety

- Strong knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Construction White Card

- ICAM Lead Investigator training – highly regarded





- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Previous experience in FIFO site-based roles

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- A proactive, practical and collaborative approach to safety

- Full working rights in Australia
