Carter Lovett, a busy modern Melbourne cafe and bistro seating 120 people located on the busiest street of Elsternwick! An institution in Elsternwick offering everything from coffee and an elevated breakfast to curated wine lists, in house cocktails, private dinners. We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to come and join the management team and assist in operations including orders, stock take, business planning and future growth plans. Candidates will need to have the ability to operate the floor of a busy venue, lead and coordinate a team to work comfortably under pressure. They will need excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a 'can do' attitude and friendly disposition.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 1 year experience in similar restaurants/cafes
