About the Role

With a major 18–24 month infrastructure project commencing in Exmouth, WA, Bear Claw is seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Site Engineers to join the project from the initial mobilisation.

- 3 weeks on / 1 week off

- 11-hour days

- FIFO Perth to Exmouth

- Flights, accommodation and meals provided

- Competitive flat rates based on experience and capability

Who We're Looking For

Site Supervisors

You'll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, coordinating crews, work fronts, labour, plant and materials while driving safety, quality, productivity and programme.

Solid experience across FRP, structural concrete, civil or major infrastructure works will be highly regarded.

Site Engineers

You'll work closely with Project Management and Supervisors across planning, technical delivery, QA, ITPs, RFIs, quantities,



progress tracking and reporting, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and project specifications.

A relevant Civil Engineering qualification is required, with previous site-based infrastructure experience highly regarded.

About You

We're looking for people who can take ownership of their role, communicate effectively and perform in a fast-paced project environment.

You'll need:

- Major civil, infrastructure or construction project experience

- Strong understanding of drawings and specifications

- Construction White Card

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Strong safety, quality and delivery focus

- Ability to meet project pre-employment and site requirements

Defence project and FRP / structural concrete experience will be highly regarded.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check and pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening.
