We’re scouting for a Venue Manager at our Chermside location, the team captain to guide the squad and call the shots. You will make every shift a winning one!

- Lead the operations that keep everything running smoothly

- Train, mentor, and upskill your squad to bring their A-game to every shift

- Drive financial performance and turn insights into winning plays

- Make sure every part of the venue reflects our brand, energy, and best in class standards

What you’ll bring:

- 2 years’ venue management experience (preferably in restaurants or pubs)

- Demonstrate mateship by providing an exceptional experience for the team and customers





- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs

- Ability to balance competing priorities to deliver venue success

- RMLV Approved Manager preferred but not necessary

- A competitive edge that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-energy team
