Spinifex Recruiting is partnering with a leading mining operation to find the next generation of Communication Operators for their Site Asset Operations Centre (SAOC).

And here's the interesting part - No prior mining experience is required. We're looking for people with the right mindset.

What does the job actually involve?

Think of yourself as the eyes, ears and communication hub of a large mining operation. You'll monitor information from across the site, communicate with operational teams, help identify issues before they become bigger problems, and ensure the right information gets to the right people at the right time.

It's a role that rewards attention to detail, strong communication and sound judgement.
