Extend Oz is seeking motivated and reliable Turf Crew and Leading Hand to join our Melbourne based team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and are looking for a hands-on role with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Turf Crew Member, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and preparation of natural and synthetic turf projects across Melbourne. This is a physically active role that offers variety, teamwork, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Turf installation and laying
- Site preparation and ground levelling
- Operating hand and power tools
- General landscaping and labouring duties
- Assisting with irrigation installation and maintenance
- Site clean-up and maintaining a protected work environment
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment

What We're Looking For:

- Turf management




- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Landscaping, turfing, construction, or labouring experience preferred but not essential
- White Card (preferred)
- Current driver's licence (preferred)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
