About the Role
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Part Time Rostering Coordinator / Scheduling & Administration Officer to support the efficient delivery of our disability and in-home and community care services.

This role is responsible for coordinating staff rosters, managing resource allocation, and providing administrative and operational support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

You will play a key role in supporting clients to live independently in their homes and community by ensuring services are scheduled effectively, accurately, and in line with care plans and funding requirements.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and roster direct care and support services across NDIS and Aged Care programs
• Manage workforce capacity planning and forecast service coverage requirements
• Balance resource allocation (supply and demand) to ensure efficient service delivery
• Optimise rostering to maximise utilisation and minimise service gaps within funded supports
• Monitor and respond to requests and changes from service users and support staff
• Process staff leave requests and maintain adequate coverage across services
• Provide front desk, office coordination and administrative support




• Prepare reports and maintain operational registers with a high level of data integrity
• Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow-ups
• Support internal communications including newsletter coordination
• Assist with social media, promotional activities and marketing support
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business processes
• Maintain accurate data in rostering systems to support payroll, compliance and reporting

About You

• Experience in rostering/scheduling within NDIS, Aged Care or Community Services.
• Solid understanding of workforce coordination and service delivery demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data and support forward planning.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a focus on continual improvement and optimisation.
• Experience coordinating administrative functions in a busy office environment.
• Empathy and professionalism when supporting service users with diverse needs.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
