About the Role
Reporting to Melbourne Launch Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our brand new Melbourne branch.

Our Fleet Operations officer is responsible for:

- onboarding new cars & getting them customer-ready, including cleaning

- collecting cars from suppliers and customers

- checking cars over for new damage and creating condition reports

- in-house and external mechanical and repairs work

- assisting with customer signups, swaps and returns

This role is Monday to Friday based at our Melbourne office, with opportunities to complete some duties remotely in line with our Work From Home policy. There may also be an opportunity for some weekend work, paid at overtime rates.

Training for this role will be for 2-4 weeks at our Brisbane branch. After that, occasional travel to our interstate branches may be required.

About you

- You have experience cleaning and working on cars

- You have customer service experience

- You’re organised and can manage multiple tasks at once

- You’re proactive and like getting things done

- You have a driver’s licence (provisional is acceptable)

The following things are not required for this role, though are viewed favourably:

- Car industry experience

- Sales experience

- University degree

- Car mechanical experience
