Qualifications & experience
Minimum 3 years in similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of integrity and proactive problem-solving.
Exceptional people management skills with a hands-on approach to leadership.

Tasks & responsibilities
Manage the delivery of weekly, monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting
All financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead, mentor, and inspire an accounting team and payroll .
Manage group properties owned and leased .
Oversees all payroll functions and year end for the group .
Managing and overseeing the Employer’s banking and borrowing arrangements.
Build & maintain robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
An ability to be hands-on and identify and execute process, policy, internal control and systems improvements
