We are looking for a eLearning Specialist for a NSW government client based in Sydney CBD. This role is a an 8-week contract with a start date of Monday, 4th May 2026. This is paying $70 - $80 per hour + super.
About the Role
Project manage the design and delivery of the PID content training refresh including producing high quality work within identified deadlines
Translate complex information into explicit, engaging and meaningful learning experiences that will be used by diverse audiences and in a range of context
Apply sound instructional design, adult learning theory and robust writing and editing skills to develop nuanced eLearning materials according to identified learning profiles
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure learning products align with the most important learning outcomes and are technically correct
Recommend and design compelling and energetic learning experiences as appropriate such as including eLearning storyboards, video and animation scripts, facilitator guides (virtual and face-to-face), podcasts, infographics, assessments and job aids
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role
Government experience ideal
Ability to develop and deliver an instruction manual and training
