Communications Manager - Transformation Program
6 Month Contract | $700-$800 per day | Sydney | Hybrid Working

We are partnering with a leading Australian university currently undergoing a large-scale business transformation, including operating model changes and new ways of working across the organisation. An prospect has arisen for an experienced Communications Manager to support the delivery of clear, practical communications that help staff understand and navigate change.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys producing high-quality content and coordinating communications activity within a busy program setting.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver communication activities to support transformation initiatives
Develop and publish content including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet updates




Maintain and update SharePoint/intranet content to ensure information is current and accessible
Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate timely communications
Ensure messaging is transparent and consistent across channels
Track engagement metrics and support reporting on communication effectiveness

About You
Experience delivering communications within change, transformation, or large program environments
Strong writing and content development skills
Comfortable managing multiple deliverables and deadlines
Confident working with a range of stakeholders across a complex organisation
