Change Analyst - Salesforce Transformation
Contract to December 2026 | $775 + Super per day

We're partnering with a leading university to engage an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact transformation program within the higher education sector, contributing to the successful delivery of a major CRM rollout.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of change management activities across a complex technology program
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
Assist in the development of communications, training materials, and engagement plans
Work closely with Change Managers and project teams to drive business readiness and adoption

About You:




Proven experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale technology or transformation programs
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM implementations highly desirable
Experience in higher education or similarly complex environments advantageous
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work in quick-paced, delivery-focused environments
