Located in Newcastle - if you're based in Maitland, after training you can work from the Contact Centre in Maitland
$35.80 per hour + super
35 hours per week
6 month contract (high chance of extension)
100% onsite
We are looking for multiple experienced Customer Service Representative to join a NSW government client in Newcastle on a 6 month contract.
About the Role
Delivering outstanding customer service through explicit communication and attention to detail.
Utilising intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer journey.
A solid understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
8:30am-5pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Skills & Experience
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
